Today is Our Day in the “31 Days 31 Circles” contest!
October 10, 2013
Today is our day in the “31 Days 31 Circles” Facebook campaign, which is promoting the 31 giving circles across the country that are giving to the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. Visit AAPIP’s Facebook page., and share our post with all of your friends on Facebook!
Every day in October, Asian American and Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP) is sharing stories from one of the 31 giving circles on its website and Facebook page. We are being featured today, and, if we are among the most shared posts for the month, we could win funds (up to $500) for our giving circle expenses.
Here are instructions to the “31 Days 31 Circles” contest:
- Log into your Facebook account, and visit AAPIP’s Facebook page.
- Click on the Day 10 post that features the Cherry Blossom Giving Circle. Our post shows the LAPP Fest, one of our 2012 grantees and a great literary arts and performance poetry festival that took place in August.
- Share this post with all of your friends on Facebook!
- Please note that this contest is only for 24 hours. Help share our Facebook post until 11:59 pm today to help us win.
Also, don’t forget that the application deadlines for CBGC’s 2013 grantmaking opportunity is next week–Friday October 18. If your organization or a partner organization is interested in applying, please refer to our application and grant guidelines. We look forward to your applications and are happy to answer any questions sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
